Whole grain wheat bread with seeds on sourdough
Without yeast, but with a love for airiness
This bread is the result of much trial and error and, finally, victory over the typical “density” of whole grain bread. It turned out to be truly fluffy, with a thin, crispy crust and a nutty aroma thanks to a generous portion of seeds.
Inside are four types of seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, flax and sesame. Together they provide a rich taste and valuable nutritional benefits. The dough is slowly fermented on wheat sourdough, without yeast or artificial improvers.
Even children love this bread - because it is not "healthy" in appearance, but truly delicious
