Each loaf undergoes slow fermentation on a live sourdough starter and is baked by hand — with no yeast, preservatives, or artificial improvers. Only natural ingredients, trusted for generations:

• Fermented rye malt
• Natural honey
• Wine vinegar
• Ground coriander
• Whole coriander and cumin seeds
• Salt
• Pure water
