Here is a milk loaf prepared according to a time-tested recipe. We have preserved the classic composition according to the USSR GOST, but replaced the yeast with live wheat sourdough. Thanks to this, the bread is even more aromatic, stays fresh longer and is good for digestion.

This is the perfect loaf - with a delicate taste, a subtle creamy note and elastic flesh. You just want to break it off with your hands and eat it warm.

Compound:
- Wheat sourdough
- Wheat flour
- Milk
- Butter
- Salt, water

Suitable for breakfasts, sandwiches, croutons, baby food and just for fun
