This bread is made slowly - the dough ferments for 24 hours on a live wheat sourdough. During this time, it reveals the depth of taste, is saturated with aroma and becomes especially tender inside, with a crispy golden crust on the outside.

No yeast or additives - just flour, water, salt and sourdough. Everything is classic, but with maximum flavor and texture. Ideal for breakfast, soup, cheese or just with a piece of good butter.
