Our ciabatta is the essence of simplicity and perfection. Made without yeast, using a live wheat sourdough starter, it turns out wonderfully light, with a signature open crumb and a thin, crispy crust
Only four ingredients — flour, water, salt, and extra virgin olive oil. No additives, leavening agents, or shortcuts. The flavor is deep and clean, while the crumb is soft, aromatic, and stretchy — just like authentic Italian ciabatta
